At Cara Mia, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, We will gladly replace or refund items that:
Arrive damaged or defective, or
Are incorrect due to our mistake (for example, wrong size, color, or item shipped).
To report a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at antonia@kostelecbridal.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Important Notice for California Customers,
In accordance with California Civil Code §1723, this “All Sales Final” policy is clearly posted at checkout. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted, except where required by law.
